The entire site is immaculate. You can tell Stu the owner takes real pride in his campsite. The pitches are large and level. The food trucks on site serve reasonably priced, tasty food from morning til evening. The toilet and shower blocks were always clean and stocked with soap, paper towels and toilet roll. There's an outside shower for washing the sand off after a day at the beach and a place to rinse and hang your wetsuits. The freezer is free to use and there are even bags and labels for your ice-packs. The attention to detail is amazing and Stu is always around if you need anything. The location is also great. It's a 3 minute walk into town where you'll find the local pubs and cafes and it's a 10 minute walk to the beach. This is a quiet campsite which suited us but if you were looking for a place to play music and not have to worry about noise levels on an evening then this site might not be for you.

We have stayed here 4 times now and have always found Stu the owner very accommodating, great team of staff and facilities always clean and well serviced, good wifi and only a short walk to beaches, shops, pubs. Location being within walking distance of the beach. Had all the key basic things needed for a chilled out camping experience. Facilities clean and plenty of hot water. Great to be able to charge phones for free in reception. Friendly reception staff.

Very clean and well organised site. Central to access to the village and pubs. A good base point for touring. Nice view of the rolling countryside.

The campsite was in a great location. A nice stroll to the beach and an even shorter one to the town. We didn’t need to use our camper at all to travel around which was a bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful when showing us to our pitch. The food van on site was really handy as we were only staying a couple of nights so being a bit lazy and didn’t fancy cooking! Prices were reasonable. Clean facilities… loved the reed diffuser in the toilets! :)

We were very impressed with the large pitch we had and the grounds are well looked after. Very impressed with the range of facilities that were available to use. All toilets/ showers/washing up area was clean. Overall a lovely site and welcomed by friendly staff.

Hot showers and realising hairdryer available made a damp week much better. It's a clean well-organised site. Food vans served great food & drinks available on site which was great. Close to Croyde centre which has great eateries esp Caribbean kitchen - and not far to the beach. The site was very family friendly, with noise rules enforced so everyone could sleep. Phone charging useful at reception. Really well thought through things like wetsuit washing and lines to hang them on. Freezer available and washing up facilities good. All soaps/ toilet rolls etc well stocked all the time - and toilets and showers kept clean. Overall 10/10

We loved everything about the site, we had a large pitch at the bottom of the site which was very sheltered from any wind and close to the showers & washing up facilities. We made use of the on-site catering and found the staff there very friendly. The location was great, a short walk from both the beach and centre of the village. The showers and toilets were always extremely clean & we found the washing lines super handy for drying off towels after trips to the beach. We would definitely book up to stay here again.

This was one of the best campsites we've stayed at. Small, quiet, very clean and walking distance to the beach. The showers and toilets were brilliant and seemed like glamping quality. Didn't want to leave!

A few slight improvements this year. Great drying area for wetsuits. Hot outdoor shower if you are sandy. Catering vans, selling everything! Larger pitches. I have been told by my son, we need to stay longer next year!

Excellent facilities, including showers, free WiFi, and hot food and drinks from morning breakfast through to evening meals. The people running the site were really friendly and eager to help. They offer free phone charging in reception which was a lovely surprise! Very happy to also see recycling. Overall 10/10
