Terms and Conditions  

We welcome couples, singles and small mixed groups if well behaved.

Groups - 

Village site - we take a maximum of 16 in a mixed group and put a £30 per person behaviour bond on bookings of over 8 in number
Beach site – we take a maximum of 12 in a mixed group and put a £30 per person behaviour bond on bookings of over 6 in number

We take single sexed bookings but limit the number of males to 2 only.

No forming of groups onsite please.

We do not allow hen, stag or Birthday parties on our campsites under any circumstances or disguise.

Behaviour Bond
The management reserves the right to apply a behaviour bond if they deem it necessary.The behaviour bond is returned on departure providing the management have no cause for complaint and that acceptable behaviour  within the site rules has been maintained at all times.

Sorry, but we do not take campers under the age of 17 however teenagers are accepted with adult supervision.

We take small 2/3 man tents only (one you cannot stand up in)
No frame tents or gazebos. 
We reserve the right to refuse the erection of a large tent on our campsite.   

Space is at a premium on our sites and tents are pitched fairly close together.  This usually results in a great atmosphere and an opportunity to make new friends!

Sorry but we do not take pets, large trade vans (no long wheel based high tops) or caravans.  We do take small VW style campervans but without awnings.  We do not have electric hook-ups.

We do not give refunds and advise you to take out insurance in the case of you wishing to cancel your booking once payment has been made.

If, due to severe weather conditions the site becomes waterlogged, Mitchum’s Campsites reserve the right to move campers to one of our sister sites. This is for your comfort and convenience.

Night staff is there for your benefit, please do not abuse their authority or the site rules.

Residents agree that during their stay at Mitchum’s campsites, it is entirely at their own risk, and hereby indemnify the owner and staff from liability for any damage or loss caused by themselves, members of their party, their guests or invitees, to any of their equipment chattels or property.
